We strive to keep you safe and well, always.

Inherent Risk Policy

Please read these INHERENT RISK & WELLNESS POLICIES carefully before registering your family for Wild Meadows (paid or free) offerings.

All classes/workshops have been designed to be held in dynamic, hands-on environments, where the natural and studio environment can often be unpredictable and ever changing. While we endeavor to facilitate fun and safe classes/workshops/events, we can not eliminate the risk of injury in these environments.

All registered students and families must accept the inherent risks of participating in studio-style art classes and outdoor adventure-style programming.

✽ A link to the liability waiver will be emailed to each registered student 5 days prior to the class/workshop date. By signing, you’re acknowledging the inherent risk of joining us in class.

Wellness Policy

Here at Wild Meadows, we acknowledge the parent’s role in deciding if your student or family is well enough to attend an offering.

If you decide to keep your student home due to illness, please follow our CANCELLATION POLICY guidelines or email (hello@wildinthemeadows.com) to share your personal situation.

In general, it is best to keep your child or family home if there are fevers, diarrhea or vomiting present OR if there is evidence of a contagious illness such as the common cold, strep throat or the flu.

Students and families should be symptom free for 24 hours before attending an offering.

✽ A note on the “common cold”

Use your best judgement if your students is heavily congested, snotty, or excessively coughing and NO fever is present. The cold virus can be spread to others as early as one day before symptoms appear and for up to 5-7 days after getting sick. It’s best to follow the 24-hour symptom free rule-of-thumb.

Together, we can keep our community active and creatively flowing. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.
