Oh, shoot!
You need to cancel?

Please read this CANCELLATION POLICY carefully before registering your family for Wild Meadows (paid or free) offerings.

Due to the nature of our growing, yet small business, refunds for canceled or missed classes, workshops, or events can NOT be issued at this time.

Please only register for offerings that fit into your family’s current schedule.

If you are unable to attend a pre-registered offering, please notify your instructor by canceling your appointment using the “cancel” button found within your scheduling reminder email sent out directly after registration. This process notifies your teacher of your absence and no other action is needed.

You can also email your teacher directly via email (hello@wildinthemeadows.com) if you need to share more details about your situation.

Notifying about your cancellation is extremely important. We prioritize small, intimate class sizes to maintain a one-on-on education instruction style. When students are unable to attend, class dynamics shift dramatically and the flow of the class often needs to be reconfigured to accommodate your absence.

What happens if offerings are canceled due to weather or instructor illness?

If Wild Meadows cancels an offering due to weather or teacher illness, you will be notified via the email provided during class registration and a make up class time will be offered on a similar day/time to the original offering. There will be one make up class offered per class cancelled.

Wild Meadows cancels classes and workshops in accordance with Kalamazoo Public School weather closures. We DO NOT cancel classes in accordance with the school holiday schedule, but follow our own seasonal scheduling/flow.

What happens if a class I registered is cancelled due to low enrollment?

In the unlikely event that a class doesn’t meet the class minimum enrollment requirement of 2-3 students, you’ll be notified (via email and/or text message) by your instructor with the option to enroll in another upcoming class offering or receive a full refund for each participating student.

In the presence of extraordinary circumstances what will happen to my class/workshop?

If Wild Meadows must cancel any offering as a result of an occurrence of force majeure of government, pandemic outbreaks, or any other circumstances beyond Wild Meadow’s control, no refunds for classes or class passes will be provided.
